Konstantinos Karavidas was born in 1965 in Ioannina. At the age of 8 took the first price in the children drawing contest that was organized by the magazine «Tahidromos». Later on, he dealt neatly with drawing, attending lessons of free hand drawing for four years, during his early student years, in the laboratories of Vogiatzis – Antonopoulos.

Studied for one year in the branch in Athens of the German College of graphic arts that is located in Plaka, but gave it up to deal with the art of holy pictures in a professional level. In 1992 he tool part in a group exhibition, in the Philological Union Parnassos that was organized by the Pan Hellenic Union of Hagiography.

Additionally, he took part in a group exhibition that was organized by the Panpiretikos union in 1977 in Zapio with two pieces (drawing – hagiography). In 2003 took part in the exhibition “Technical of icons” that was held in the cultural center of Athens municipality sponsored by the Holy Synod Has made the drawings of the holy temple Shariadis Ipiros and the chapel In Onuses of Chios.

Has cooperated with the hagiographists Deligiani, Andravidioti, Mourla, Matana, and the memorial G. Kostopoulos has also cooperated with Monasteries of the Holy Mountain. He is also working on free drawing, engraving and book decoration mostly of I. Katavida, former president of the company of Greek literature, V. Krapsiti and more. Works, pictures, drawings and engravings of Mr. Karavidas are in private collections all over Europe, America and Greece.
